Student Loan Administration

The Student Loan Administration (SLA) Office at the University administers the Federal Loan and Work-Study programs and provides the following services to graduate and professional school students:

• Process student loans and work-study for students in the graduate and professional schools and divisions, except the Booth School of Business and the Pritzker School of Medicine. Students in Booth and Pritzker should contact the financial aid office at their school for more information.
• Entrance and exit loan counseling for all students receiving federal student loans
• Disburse loan funds to all students receiving federal student loans
• Service and collect all Federal Perkins and institutional loan programs
